Exchange your e-ticket for a physical card before entering the circuit
Make sure the exchange process is completed before entering the circuit area.
3 Steps to Exchange Your E-Ticket
Prepare your e-ticket and ID before heading to the exchange location.
Show Your E-Ticket & ID
Show your e-ticket along with your ID card, driver's license, or passport. This ID can be either the original card or a photocopy.
E-Ticket Scanning
Our staff will scan your e-ticket to verify it's valid and hasn't been exchanged yet.
Receive Your Physical Ticket
Once verified, you will receive a physical ticket in the form of a wristband. Specifically for the VIP category, you will also receive an additional ID Card for access to the circuit area.
If ticket exchange is represented by someone else, you must bring the representative's original ID and a power of attorney with Rp10,000 duty stamp.

Terms and Conditions
1. Ticket Ownership
All tickets shall at all times remain the property of Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA).
2. Authorized Ticket Purchase
Tickets may only be purchased or obtained directly through the official MotoGP Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 website or Goers as the authorized ticketing provider.
3. Unauthorized Tickets
Any ticket purchased or obtained through an unauthorized person or third party shall be deemed void and may be seized or cancelled without refund. The holder may also be denied entry to the event.
4. Prohibited Use
You are not permitted, either personally or with the assistance of any third party, to distribute, copy, reproduce, extract, or commercially exploit any part of the MotoGP Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026 or related materials without prior authorization.
5. Non-transferable and Non-refundable
Tickets are strictly non-transferable and non-refundable. Lost, damaged, or misplaced tickets will not be replaced.
6. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia and the applicable policies of Mandalika Grand Prix Association (MGPA).
7. Motorsport Risk
Motorsport can be dangerous. Although the organizers take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety of attendees, unavoidable accidents and risks may occur.
8. Assumption of Risk and Liability
By attending the event, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risks associated with attendance and agrees to release MotoGP and its agents from liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
READ THIS BEFORE YOU ARRIVE
BEFORE THE EVENT
Do not activate, wear, or tamper with your wristband or ID card before Day 1.
DURING THE EVENT
Wear both your ID card and wristband together. Valid for all 3 days.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Passes must remain intact and undamaged throughout the 3-day period. Lost or broken wristbands/ID cards will not be replaced.
